Order Changes & Exchanges

Before confirming your order, please double-check all details such as size, design, and quantity. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections like size or address.

If you realize there’s a mistake, you have 6 hours from the time of order to cancel and correct it. If you have any questions before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, the order might already be in the shipping process.

A 10% fee applies to all cancellations. To cancel, email us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items. After that, returns and refunds will not be possible.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong item or design sent
  • Size or material not as ordered
  • Product doesn’t match the description

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original packaging and condition.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered.
  • Tags should be attached, and defects must be our fault.

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or evidence of defects
  • Shipping label/receipt

Return and Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process the refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s done.

  • Double-check your bank or credit card details.
  • Contact your card provider, as refunds can take 10-15 days to appear.
